SME TRAINING AND CONSULTATION PROGRAM

SVCE Quality Management Centre is proudly launching Training and Consultation program for the SME sector primarily to enhance their capabilities to reach higher levels of operational excellence and thereby become globally competitive.

The topics proposed to be covered in this Program include Basic Engineering knowledge, Workplace Improvements, Autonomous Maintenance, Quality Management, Inventory control, Productivity Improvement and Introduction to Lean.

The duration of the program is 12 months spilt into 4 modules. Detailed program content given in the annexure.
