COURSE OBJECTIVE

Six Sigma is a well structured process improvement methodology, applying various statistical tools and project management techniques. It is applicable for all processes, design, manufacturing, service, transactional etc., wherever we have input transformation into output. Breakthrough improvements can be achieved through Six Sigma projects. Sustainable process improvements are achieved by following the above methodology.

At the end of the course the participant will be able to take up projects in his/her own working area and complete by Six Sigma approach. Each Six Sigma project would yield multiple benefits to the organization apart from direct cost savings.
