COURSE OBJECTIVE

Value Engineering is a structured methodology to improve the value of product or process by studying the functions to satisfy customer needs with required quality levels at the lowest cost. This results in enhanced value for the customers.

In this work shop, different phases of Value Engineering are explained in detail with numerous examples and case studies. At the end of workshop the participant would be able to apply value engineering in their area to improve the value of products and processes that would result in significant cost reduction.
